Spoon University is an online food publication, created by students, and for students.  It currently boasts its presence at over 50 colleges and universities across the country, and aims to increase student exploration and conversation about food.

 

For the last two years, I have been a writer and editor for the founding chapter of Spoon at the Univeristy of Michigan and an Editorial Intern for the National chapter. Each week, I am responsible for brainstorming, cooking, photographing, and writing themed articles about various foods or food news as well as overseeing a team of writers.
