About Me:

 

Aspiring writer. Inspired by words and their possibilities.

 

​Abigail is a Junior at the University of Michigan, hailing from Troy, MI. She is Majoring in English with a Minor in Writing and an additional focus in Marketing.​ In her spare time, Abigail enjoys reading baking and crafting books, singing ballads, and browsing/stalking social media. In the future, Abigail hopes to take a trip to Australia, create her own Crayola crayon color, and discover a flavor of macaron that she actually enjoys. Among her more serious plans, Abigail looks forward to bringing her unique skills and perpectives into the world of writing and to being challenged on a daily basis. 

 

This portfolio represents a compilation of the work Abigail has completed in the Minor in Writing Gateway course.  It includes three major projects (Why I Write, Remediation, and Repurposing), as well as the artifacts such as drafts which led to their completion.
